Process When you contact me to help you purchase
your new home, I'll begin by asking questions and
listening to your goals, dreams, likes and dislikes.
You'll immediately receive a listing of homes that I
believe will fit your criteria. From here, we narrow
down what you do and don't want in a home and then
refine our search. I will also expect you to visit
a lender to get pre-approved before we get to involved as
this will let you know what kind of price range you may wish
to look in and give you the confidence to know you can
purchase the house of your dreams when you find it. If
you need a lender to contact I can supply you with
information on several who have great reputations of getting
the job done on their end with a minimum amount of stress,
of offering competitive rates and are full service lenders
meaning they may be able to offer you several loan programs
as they realize one size does not fit all.
Once you've found a home (or homes)
you want to see, I'll escort you on private viewings
where we can assess each property. During each showing,
you'll get the benefit of my experience and knowledge as
I point out the good (and sometimes the not-so-good)
aspects of each home.
When you're ready, we'll make an
offer on a property, and I'll aid in negotiating a price
you can feel proud of and be comfortable with.
